Their customer service sucks. I have never received my Hut rewards points. I've called customer service and they sent an email to write in proof. I've done that they send me another email for the same damn thing. I call the Hut Rewards number say the same thing and they sent me an email. I abide by said email to wait another 2 days for them to send me the same damn email. I called them to let them know I've been going through this with them for over a month and I am owe thousands of rewards points and they lie and say that I am not a Rewards member and can't find my case even though to be a Rewards member all you have to do is sign into the app. So I debunk them on this and they remain to lie. This company is no longer getting a dime of my money. They are cheap scam artists.
