I was initially disappointed with the life jacket I bought as it was impossible to work out how to make it ready for use. The instruction leaflet was fairly useless too. After 1/2 hour I gave up and decided to return it. I telephoned your complaints dept. and was connected to a chap who was most helpful. He said he would email me a return lable,which he did, and was cordial and apologetic throughout our conversation. I was impressed. In the end I took the jacket apart and resorted to first principles and made it useable. I have consulted my notes and the chap was called Craig. He should be complimented on his attitude which ensured I use your company again
