Bought a couple of off the shelf items. Made a effort to get them to me the next day, despite it being after the cut-off time and of relatively low value. Feels like you're dealing with a small company that cares about their customers, quite refreshing.
Minor issue was that the website couldn't accept the discount code for free delivery, so had to phone the order through.
