The chickens are superb with a flavour of yesteryear - at my age of 77 we had chicken from my grandfather's brother - a gamekeeper in Norfolk which was packed and put on the train to us in East Sussex. The range of fish would not be found in the shops, freshly vacuumed packed and ready to be cooked and enjoyed.
