Goose was very packed and kept cool
with insulation. Delivery was on time. Unfortunately the goose was a negative experience. Giblets and goose fat was contained in a bag contributing to the weight of the goose. It was extremely fatty. After draining during cooking, the remainder goose meat was insufficient.
