The bones for the bone broth were excellent. The two free range chickens were unfortunately extremely fatty to the point everyone made a comment about it. The belly of pork was 90% fat. I know belly of pork had a lot of fat but this was literally like just eating fat. The bacon was excellent. Real mixed first experience.
