Sadly a very poor experience for me as a first time customer. I paid for a beef topside in the 1.4 to 1.9kg range and specifically asked for a 1.9kg cut (or as close as possible) as I was feeding a large gathering.
When the beef arrived it was 1.48kg.
I’m very sad this happened as it ruined my event and also I really wanted it to be a good experience to spread the word and for continued business, as me and my family believe in grass fed meat eating.
