Pipers farm has been my default butcher for few years now. The quality and consistency are probably the main reasons, but also great flexibility on delivery times and loads of other good things. I am very much in support the sustainable, high welfare farming (quality over quantity). The choice of produce could be better however. The great pork neck steak seems to be gone. I would rather see more full cuts of meat instead of ready made sausages etc.
