Great quality and definitely put in a lot for care for their turkeys. It came prepped with the other parts in a bag (so no mess) and even had leaves of rosemary stuck in the skin. It was the perfect size for the 7 of us with plenty of leftovers. Customer service was great, although there was some confusion on when the turkey would be sent as I ordered for a specific day and it came on a day I didn't expect it, but it came in time and that is all that matters.
