We bought a few different items this time- things to make a cassoulet (which have never let me down) and what I’ve been waiting for to return to Pipers Farm- mutton! We bought a mixture of the stew pack and the diced. Diced was all good, fab flavour. However, the stew pack was good in flavour, but completely covered in fat and bone (bone was expected), but after slow cooking it for a curry we found that there was very little meat on the cut and way too much fat (approx 1” thick) and even less meat. I wouldn’t buy this specific product again as it wasn’t worth the money.
