When I received my order it was left outside, with no attempt to contact me although I was in. Luckily I heard them drop it off. The two ice packs were still frozen, but the way they positioned in the bag did not seem to keep the meat frozen, and the smaller piece was defrosted, the larger cuts were half defrosted.
