I have used Pipers a number of times. I have sent their artisan cheese boxes to friends for birthdays, Christmas etc and they have been well received and praised for their content. Unfortunately on the last order they didn't have an item and forgot to inform me. Mistakes do happen but it was for a special birthday for my brother. They apologised when I called them to query what happened and they refunded the item and gave me a £10 gift voucher but I would have preferred them to fill their order when they had the item in stock or be given the chance of picking something else. However, I would still recommend them and their products which are first class.
