The meat, as ever, was wonderful - very tender and full of flavour. However I was disappointed that the delivery company didn't let us know that the delivery had been made and, as a result, the meat was left outside overnight. I really appreciate Pipers Farm's efforts to make their packaging as environmentally friendly as possible but, although the wool composts well and quickly, the outer packaging remains intact after a year in the compost.
