This is the second time I’ve ordered with Pipers farm. First time one of the items had hole in it so had to be binned. Customer service was good, apologised and refunded me for the item within a few days. Second box again damaged item which leaked all over the box making the box and other items wet. I emailed with pictures the same day as delivery and 4 days later still no reply. Pipers have now contacted me and arranged a refund of the damaged item.
