We had Luci Allen as our trainer/moderator for the ITIL 4 Foundation Training, and I truly enjoyed her real-life examples that helped to better understand the training material. It is already difficult to maintain and keep an in-person audience engaged, but she was able to do it remotely as well, and the "pop" quizzes helped ;) ... I would like to thank Luci for her time and for trying to help us to understand the material, asking questions, and taking a deep dive when needed.
