I wrote to Pinion in March 2023 about my ATOM watch which I purchased in early January 2021 as it was losing 2-3 minutes per month (and still does), which I was told was within the manufacturer's tolerance. I was slightly disappointed to hear this. Just recently the strap has broken, and I wrote again to Pinion to say that I am surprised (and again disappointed), as I would have expected a watch as expensive as this to have a strap that would have lasted a lot more than just over two years. The reply was that they would expect the strap to last 18-24 months!
