Gold Star delivering our tree as Battersea Power Station doesn’t make deliveries easy.
I scheduled a pick-up but then 24 hours before scheduled/paid for pick-up of the tree found out our building disposed of trees.
Called P&N and was told I’d get a refund of 1/2 my payment. No refund received & frankly since no one had to come don’t understand why the refund isn’t 100%.
May need to re-consider my supplier of our 8ft tree next year…..
