My appointment with Pindrop was in Harley Street, London.
I was extremely disappointed with the facilities, especially this being Harley Street.
The waiting room was very dark and dingy and one of the chairs wobbled when I placed my hand bag on it. This was eventually removed when I complained. Some of the tiles in the ceiling were missing, the walls needed a new coat of paint. I have never entered any waiting room in such disrepair!
