I’m an NHS patient and was given this Pin Drop hearing test through Spire Bushey after an ENT consultation there.
I found the gentleman who conducted the test really good. He informed me of everything he would be testing and explained the procedure so that I fully understood. I was also able to ask him questions, which he answered candidly and patiently.
