Shivanie is capable and convincing - just as well because I was on the cusp of returning my £4,400 hearing aids because they had not provided the quantum leap in sensitivity I had been led to expect. In fact, they were barely superior to my half-the-price Specsavers model in all but whispering mode. Shivanie made adjustments and told me that I had missed out on the capabilities of the App to improve my experience so I agreed to keep them - but it was a close-run thing.
