I was very satisfied. One of my ears was blocked with some very stubborn wax. The audiologist persevered and eventually succeeded in removing it. The other ear still has a little wax left, for which I've been given some olive oil drops in the form of a spray. The clinic is clean and I found the audiologist very efficient. Thank you. It was worth the money.
