I turned to Pindrop when I became aware that I was having difficulty hearing people wearing masks; clearly, I was in part, lipreading. The extensive Pindrop hearing test proved that I had lost hearing across all frequencies, and I went on to having hearing aids. During the process, for my convenience, I visited two Pindrop locations - Winchmore Hill and Harley Street. I found the staff at both to be friendly and very welcoming. Shivanie was outstanding as she explained fully what she was doing, the test outcomes and choices of hearing aid available. After fitting and the scheduled return visit for adjustment the difference in my hearing is amazing. The whole team are to be complimented, with Shivanie being a real credit to the organisation.
