The service was good, I got my product delivered quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the product wasn't any good, not PicStop's fault at all. Returns was fine. My grumble such as it is, and I don't have all that much of one as they were reasonable in all ways, other than, in the end, with postage, it cost me £20 to send the £90 product back -£10 postage and £10 off from them, I don't know why. Perhaps it was to cover the cost of sending me back something I inadvertently packed with my return, the problem being it never got returned even though they said it would be. Not a major problem as it wasn't valuable, but a glitch nonetheless. Overall I thought they were good, just these slight grumbles means a three star review.
