The staff were very helpful and they did fun things like 12 days of Christmas where they gave out gifts on instagram each of those days which was lovely. The main complaint I'd have was being promised a professional house share when it turned out everyone was a student apart from me and people coming round most weeks (sometimes a couple of times) to make adaptations to the property. We were nearly always told in advance but it felt as though i didn't live there sometimes. I understand they need to do work for those potentially moving in but I paid rent while these things were happening and they did effect me and my life. Also, when I moved in there was an extra bin that wasn't in the inventory so I obviously didn't know of its existence. We were later all charged when the council found it down the street. I was not aware of this at all as it wasn't in the inventory. Mostly a good experience however.
