had no probs using my local shop time and time again, my only problem i have had lately was with a z1 phone it had a fault and both yourself and sony refused to fix it as a bit of paper wit imei number couldnt be seen, sent it back to vodafone who fixed it no probs and found the bit of paper in phone stating it had slip down
