Don’t use this company. Agreed a price for my phone which I sent to them. On receipt of my phone they contacted me to say the battery was faulty, so the price would be reduced, if the price wasn’t acceptable they could return the phone. I decided to have the phone returned and they agreed send the phone back. Four weeks on and I’m still waiting for my phone, they told me that they posted it. I asked for a tracking number for the parcel so I could trace it. After the initial e-mail stating they would send me that information, I’ve heard nothing. This ‘Family run business’ ignore all phone calls or e-mails so I’m assuming they’ve stolen my phone. I have now reported to action fraud and the police force in Devon and Cornwall and about to start a small claims case against them.
