I sent my phone to phone concert in November 2019. Weeks later I was given an offer which was less than half the original price quoted. I was given the option of either agreeing to this reduced rate or having my phone returned to me. I asked for my phone to be returned to me. In January 2020 my phone had still not been returned to me. I have been in email correspondence with Phone Convert for weeks now; first they told me that they have lost my phone and offered me another reduced price. I refused this rate. Finally they agreed to pay me the original price quoted, I have had weeks of excuses saying they have sent the money or will send it the next day but I still have not received my money!! I am disgusted with the service I have received! I also asked for a telephone number so I can’t contact over phone rather than email and have been ignored! Do not use this company!
