Raj from Phoenix Solutions4all delivered a training session on the use of the SI template. The course was fast paced and there was a lot to fit in during the day. Raj delivered the training in a friendly and personable manner, he made sure everyone was up to speed with the specific applications and features of the template before moving on to the next stage. He was very patient with delegates who needed a little more time to complete specific tasks, taking the time to go through the steps again making sure everyone understood. Raj provided 'shortcuts' and aide memoire as well as contacts for 'troubleshooting' to help us get the best from the template once we were back in our respective offices. I have no hesitation in recommending the course to colleagues.
