I ordered a book a couple of weeks ago . I received a different book . After I sent an email the book I ordered was sent to the billing address (Jordan )instead of the shipping address ( Dubia ) I also notified you however I received no reply . I ended up taking the book from Jordan and paying customs which would have been unnecessary if my book was sent to Dubai . The book was damaged and now I have to send it to Dubai . I think the whole situation was handled poorly .
