Could not get anyone to answer phone . Very upset about this , plus I was offered £25 discount , I paid then they said I could not get the £25 discount because I had already paid. They would leave it as a credit, next time I booked , if I book again, so all in all not a 100% happy.
They said would phone next day and tell me what the out come was with my complaint and info on parking at the cottage , waiting to see how I pick up key.
Wait and see how this holiday goes , it's my 70 th so hope everything else is good.🤔
