We contacted Pets Pyjamas to organise a very late New Year's Eve break after a major problem at work necessitated a complete change of plan and having to cancel our arranged week away. They were so helpful and accommodating . We tend to use Pets pyjamas where possible ;it's only if the hotel we want is not involved in their scheme . Lynda Kitt went over and beyond to help us
