We haven't been on our holiday yet but we found the booking experience to be incredibly easy. Also, I asked a question about the fence height and Paul came back very quickly with an answer, having spoken directly with the owner. Very reassuring! We also like the extra benefits you get with booking through PetsPyjamas including a donation to an animal charity.
