From the moment we engaged with PetAir to obtain a quote, upon each and every contact the agents we dealt with were completely across all of our requirements and proactive in obtaining all the information we needed. They were clear and concise in outlining all of our different options, and tailored their services to our specific requirements. We were kept informed at each stage of how things ere progressing - without us having to chase - and when we had difficulties at the other end Darren liaised with the airline and cargo termini at Malaga and Almeria to make sure everything came good in the end. Difficult to see how the service could have been improved. Highly recommended.
