Petair Kept us informed all the way. Our pet was flying UK to Australia. Though changes were made to initial flight plans due to UAE changes in viscious dog types, Petair managed to reorganise another flight through a different route. This was a slightly longer flight but our dog arrived safely. Thank you Petair.
Ps: be aware the cage your pet travels in is yours. We only just managed to fit it in our car when we picked our pet up.
