Really liked this service. They communicated the whole way, picked up my pup, got her there in great condition and for half the price of the other guys. Just great.
They could have been a little better with communication. No one told me WHERE I had to pick her up, just at Heathrow at a certain time. Turns out I needed to go to a very specific Cargo hold and had to find that out when I arrived at Heathrow Airport. Ah well.
But beyond that, everything went smoothly and my pup is back home and I'm so happy.
