Petair UK are great! They did everything possible to take care of both myself, and my cat Katie, on our adventure to Australia (I was relocating there as a GP). Their initial advice and quotations were clear, and they did wonders steering myself, Katie, and several involved others, through what was a rush-job of my own making. With something so complex there will always be hiccups, but these were all ably managed by the Petair UK team, even down to arranging internal connecting flights at the Australian end, to get Katie from Melbourne Quarantine to my nearest airport. She arrived in good health and has settled into her new home very quickly.
