PetAir UK recently organised the transportation of my two beloved cats, Jack and Nico, to our new home in New York. From the very beginning, the staff were friendly and informative and I felt comfortable and relaxed leaving our cats in their hands. The cats were collected by one of the vets who made us feel very at ease and they were then delivered to NY in great health. The counterpart company in the US were also very helpful and called to let me know the cats were ok, had cleared customs and were on route. I would highly recommend PetAir and would certainly use them again in the future!
