Amazing service from the very first phone call with Zara.We were kept in touch every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff,even when I asked what must have seemed really silly questions.Everyone understands how much our pet meant to us.We went for the gold service as we were leaving much earlier than our pet and were so glad we did as everything was looked after for us, and we were kept in touch all the way.
