Really pleased with the service from PetnPony, we order some special food for our cat Treacle which was recommended by our vet. Unfortunately we mistaken ordered the wrong one but on receiving it and finding our mistake Lucy at PetnPony was most helpful. She advised us to return the food and although the cat food we required did not appear on their website she was able to source it for us. We are now in receipt of the correct food and I can't recommended PetnPony highly enough. Will certainly be ordering from them again.
