I placed an order via email on 01/09/23. When I called on 8th to enquire Esther was able to tell me I had ticked/ordered Meloxicam not Loxicom. Now this company say they are all for helping you and your pets but they do no phone to check. The fact it is my fault I accept, but if a pharmacist asked me what I wanted and I said “paracetamol “ but the script said “aspirin” SURELY they prescribe aspirin. The vet’s order is what matters not my tick in a box. I was advised they cannot call customers. They can if you place a “call back” while waiting in their queue! Now my dog has had no medication. He is 16 blind, deaf and paces around constantly day and night as he cannot get comfortable. I feel awful and and this company who claims to “care” dont! Off to check emails and spam.
