Service was quick, they arrived within 24hours of the phone call, They bated the borrowed holes and laid a trap with bate. the trap had been entered and some of the bate had been taken. It's now been over a month since the rat appeared and currently there is no further sign of the rodent. I did find the nest but there were no occupants thankfully.
