I called pest control as I have a problem with mice. Received a visit the following day and traps were put down. I caught a couple in my own trap so called the pest control to come back. He wasn’t happy but came back the following day. He put some wire wool down and went. A week later I called again as I was still finding mice in my own trap. I was told there was nothing more he could do and if he came out again I would be charged. This contradicts what I was initially told when I was told it was a one off payment until the problem was solved. I have since caught another 5 mice in my own trap. I feel like I have wasted £90 and would never use this company again.
