Purchased the crack stitching kit, was very easy to use and came with instructions so any DIYer could do this themselves. Customer service was top-notch, I experienced issues with the delivery but this was down to the carrier. A quick call to the Permagard team resulted in a back plan being established if my original order didn't make it on time. Special thanks to Bronwen.
