Basically DONATED 500.00 to them because they would not give me my money back and I wasn’t a candidate for the veneers I wanted!! They were very rude and stop answering my calls, apparently I need to know dental work information and what questions to ask instead of them explaining simple things about veneers before rushing to get the 500 non refundable even if you don’t see them. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go somewhere else unless you just want to donate because if you have questions later or a problem without even setting a appointment after paying (that’s your problem)! Their goal is to get that 500 before anything… Oh yea IT HAS TO BE CASH DEPOSIT and no insurance vs me going to another place and using my insurance for a deposit. I ended up going somewhere near by and just so happen a customer was in there whom Perfect Smile did the exact same thing to but the other place had spoken to her and did not charge her the 500 deposit which was a blessing because she explained she couldn’t afford it after being scammed!!
