Dr. Oscar Espinosa oh is nothing more than a bait and switch artist. His original evaluation from panoramic x-rays and visual inspection was between five and $7000, $7000 being the worst case scenario. All of the work he needed to get done was completed in one day and the price magically jumped to $14,000. He did nothing extra nor did he give any warning. He required payment in full before he would place the upper zirconia bridge. After charging half of the payment on my credit card, my US Bank app sent me a notice of an additional charge of $1000 that have been scanned in Mexico using that card the card was locked in a safe and no one else had access to it until Perfect Smile ran the charge. Someone in their office scanned my credit card and charged an extra thousand dollars. I called US Bank immediately and disputed the charge.
