It has cost me 470 pounds and three visits to complete a satisfactory end of tenancy clean of my 50 square meter one-bedroom apartment, and it was only when I hired a different company that job was done to a good standard. The two times Perfect Clean sent their “technicians,” very little, if anything, got done. I can only imagine that the company hires people who have no idea of what the job entails, doesn’t give even minimal training, and perhaps does not treat them properly. The whole experience with Perfect Clean has been awful. Matthew, who has been sitting on my complaint for the last two months, still has not refunded the 300 pounds I paid for their service despite the mountains of photographic evidence provided of their shoddy work. He must have a busy job as complaints manager. I have called and emailed multiple times and patiently provided everything they asked for, including the re-clean invoice and comprehensive photos from all three cleanings. Just today I was told once again that Matthew was not available, my case was being looked at, and I would receive and email within the day. Once again, it has not happened. I’m tired of being given the run-around, and I warned them 10 days ago that if this was not resolved by today I would post a review, so here it is. I had no idea that such poor service was possible from a British company.
