A great course - enjoyed the pace of the course and how it was delivered. Peter was very knowledgeable and created a good environment for discussion. Our group was very good and we had lots of experience to share.
The delivery of the the webinar every Friday allowed for minimal impact on the business and allowed enough time in between to complete homework and evaluate learning.
Overall, I would recommend this course to anyone in a similar position looking to obtain a HACCP level 4 qualification.
