*updated review, original below* Customer support kindly got in touch and resolved the issue despite the delay in me letting them know which I'm grateful for. Will still order from here in the future. Ordering was easy and came in good time but some products were not fit for purpose: the wooden bath brush had mold on it when it came out of the box already, I hoped it was just natural wood markings but it spread quite quickly. I had to throw away the wooden nail brush after a month as it was growing long strands of hair-like mold out of both ends and the wooden toe scrubber is also growing mold on both the wooden handle and hanging cord although it is holding up better than the other items. Unfortunately I didn't think to take pictures to contact customer services so I can't comment on what kind of service I might have received. Other items ordered have been good, the dead sea facial wash and rose hip serum feel lovely on my face and the natural deodorant would be lovely if you're not sensitive to the ingredients with practical packaging. Thankfully the toilet brush and holder I ordered here is doing well and the shape is very practical which is the main reason I went for it. Overall I feel I got a bit unlucky with my order but untreated wood products in wet and humid spaces are generally not a good combo.
