The the website got in touch with me and have offered me a refund and tell me they have got in touch with the manufacturer to let them know their product didn’t work for me. I think this is very good service, so have given this three stars, to reflect that rather than the product.
The service was good, unfortunately the product -compostable dental floss -didn’t really work, far too fragile, tore and got stuck in my teeth. Very disappointing.
