Service excellent, but this time the product was disappointing - Iron and Velvet detergent capsules- already leaching from capsules on arrival, the outside degrades quickly when already damp. Once in water the casing does not fully dissolve so will clog the pump. The codes had already worn/faded, so difficult to identify the individual detergents...
